• H.D. Deve Gowda rolls out the Third Front for the upcoming general elections. Parties in the alliance currently are CPM, CPI, JD(S), TDP, TRS, AIADMK, RSP and Forward Bloc. The alliance will be formally launched on March 12th. (Source)
